3D areola tattooing is a paramedical tattoo that recreates the colour, shape and natural shading of the nipple and areola. Using light and shadow, it creates the appearance of a three-dimensional nipple on a flat surface.

Healing and aftercare
Keep the area clean and dry, wear a soft, clean bra, avoid swimming, baths, saunas and sun during healing, and do not pick. Colour softens as it heals; the final result shows after about 4–6 weeks.
